im considering to post any updates regarding ELDDS here and give this url to all ELDDS members niia since the ELDDS blog mainly is for the JC section now. isit ok?

okies just to put in the details of the story challenge:

XiuMei & Jonathan MUST go for this Saturday, 27 Feb 2010 workshop.
Those who didnt attend to the workshop on Wednesday: Lynn & WanYih are strongly encouraged to go too. PeiLynn is welcomed to go too.

Bascially, at the workshop on Saturday, they'll explain the rules of the game and also will be informed of our time slot. xD XiuMei can keep us informed? Haha. thankiew ah~~ love you~~

Regarding the system of cometition like who are we against and everything, we'll explain verbally 'cause it's sort of hard to describe here.

For the benefit of those not attending the workshop at all, though everyone hopes that everyone at least go through one round of workshop, some basic rules are here. LOL

we'll be given 15minutes to create a story from the theme that they give us, most likely we'll be in the studio in this preparation time.
at the 12th minute, a condition will be given and you have the remaining 3 minutes to ink your story that satusfy the condition.
during the preparation period, no handphones and cameras are allowed, no contact with ppl outsde the "waiting room" and no visiting the washrooms.

during the performance, we are given 4 minutes. at the 3rd minute, a bright green light on the stage will light up to indicate that you can start concluding your story. after 30 seconds of green light, a red light will light up to indicate "danger" and sort-of telling you to really hurry and end.
At the 4th minute, if the performance is not ended, a whistle will blow and we have to get off the stage.

on the stage, we'll be given 3 chairs, 3 microphones and 3 microphone stands. use of microphones is compulsory.
wear school uniform on that day.

basically that's all, any queries you guys can just tag xD

PROS:
-have fun, cause i do enjoy acting.
-good acting experience.
-many people think that i should just go for it as it is a chance wasted to i were to give it a miss.

CONS:
-long training hours, meaning i'll be bored all over again.
-1 week of sch after E&C week missed, meaning alot of important lessons missed.
-have to preserve voice and cannot eat any junk food.
-its hard to get into wanglaoshi again as i think it is somewhere lost inside of me alrdy.

that does now still change the fact that we have a freaking history paper to complete tomorrow which have yet to study which i love which i had least confidence apart from chinese which i hope i would score which i told myself i would which i didnt work hard for which i had to depend solely on luck and my wits which i hope would pull me out of the F9 catagory which would save my life and give me a GPA 3 which would make me happy and give me more ocnfidence to work harder which would make my history get A1 which i would be illigible to take it as humans next year because i initially want to take geog because i can score because it is not as difficult as history because i still enjoy geog and i can score and i enjoy history more ke shi i cannot score which resulted to me making the decision of choosing geog because my geog was A1 initially while my history was F9 which leads to me having no motivation in history but a recent 15/20 told me that i still had hope but it might just be a distraction and/which/because/resulting in this crappy story going on forever when you get an electrocuted freak with hair all standing up like zaraki and wrinkles over his face and long fingers which stretches for death and bring hyperactive and kills every ant he sees on the table and takes a chopping knife to kill all the pigs in a pig farm which in a way saves the poor people from H1N1 which had been a terrible outbreak in certain parts of the ocuntry which make us have to irritatingly take temeprature everyday and show it to our classmants which make our exams delay by 15mins which can be used to say bye bye when we are dying in a hospital or a coffin or the ambulance or at home or in my bed of WHATEVA CRAP SHYTTT!!!

Shall start the post with the School showcase. Okay, it seriously isn't that bad nor that good neither. The main problems now are: voice projection & energy
